The first China International Import Expo(CIIE) was successfully held in Shanghai from November 5th to 10th, 2018. A total of 172 countries, regions and international organizations participated in the Expo. There were more than 3,600 companies exhibited and 400,000 domestic and overseas buyers visited CIIE. IONIC executives visited CIIE and conducted business meetings with some leading overseas brands.
Ionic trade visited İzmir Chamber of Commerce Organized Industry Zone (İTOB) on 14th Dec 2017. İTOB, which is one of 13 organized industry zones in İzmir, was registered in 2002, its all infrastructure network was completed in 2006. İTOB is 32km away from İzmir city center and 18km from airport, covering 250,000 m2 area. The companies operating in various areas like food, marble, plastic, machine, furniture, chemical, glass or metal goods etc. At present, only 35 parcels（total 356）are looking for the renters because of its superior location and policies support。
National Pavillion of Nepal Tourism Board has won "2017 Excellent Booth Award" by the Organizing Committee of China Int'l Travel Mart(CITM) Kunming in November 2017. The booth design and construction work was undertaken by our team which attracted a large number of media and industry people to visit at the fair. “Ionic can not only provide unique and excellent design, but also provide high quality booth construction for us which is very professional.”said the Representative of Nepal Tourism Board.
The cooperation between Izmir, Turkey and China has a long history and Izmir lays more emphasis on Chinese market with China "One Belt and One Road" Initiative. In addition, Izmir Chamber of Commerce together with Izmir Tourism would maximize the great opportunity of 2018 Turkey Tourism Year to attract more Chinese investors as well as Chinese tourists through a series of digital campaigns and roadshows in China.
Izmir (Turkey) Roadshow in Shanghai was successfully launched in Le Royal Meridien Hotel Shanghai, aiming at attracting more Chinese to travel and invest in Izmir, the third largest city in Turkey. The grand event was hosted by Izmir Chamber of Commerce and organized/ undertaken by Ionic Trade team, with total of over 320 guests being attended covering trade, commercial, tourism industry.
It also shows the great ambition of Izmir Chamber of Commerce to enter into China market under China One Belt One Road Initiative. Just as Mr. Ekrem Demirtas, President of Izmir Chamber of Commerce said to media, "Our goal is to increase tourism, trade and investments between the most eastern part of the Asian Continent and the most western part of Izmir"

National Pavillion of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau was unvelied in September 2016, coinciding with the 2nd Sichuan International Travel Expo. Ionic Trade got shortlist in the SLTPB's tender process.
